SHIPPING METHODS

All orders in Greece are sent via ACS Courier, and the orders out of Greece are shipped via FedEx express. When we have sent your order, we will send you a link with which you can track your order.

Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. Kyklos is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.

* We do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.

PRODUCTION TIME

All our jewelry is made in our workshop. It usually takes 5-7 days to make a piece of jewelry. If your order is in a hurry or if you need the jewelry on a specific date, it would be good to contact us via email at info@kyklosshop.com.

** In case your order can not be executed due to force circumstances (bad weather, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it.
